ber100 Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to all users of the ber100 platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who accesses or uses any feature, game, promotion, or service made available through ber100. Your continued use of the ber100 platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

ber100 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ber100 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms should be read in conjunction with ber100's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and ber100.

To register and use the ber100 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to online casino-style gaming.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing ber100 from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ber100, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the ber100 platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

To access the full range of ber100 services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your ber100 account.
• You must notify ber100 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• ber100 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• ber100 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance obligations, ber100 may require you to submit supporting documents to verify your identity, address, and payment methods before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Accepted documents include government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

All financial transactions on the ber100 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ber100 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players:

• GCash — instant deposits and withdrawals
• PayMaya (Maya) — instant deposits and withdrawals
• BPI Online Banking — subject to standard bank processing times
• BDO Online Banking — subject to standard bank processing times
• Metrobank Online Banking — subject to standard bank processing times

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees will be displayed at the time of the transaction. ber100 does not charge internal fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. ber100 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to change; current estimated processing times are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

ber100 reserves the right to reverse a deposit or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, ber100 will notify the affected player and may request additional information before making a final determination.

ber100 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-based promotions tied to Philippine occasions such as PBA season, Fiesta holidays, and the Christmas "ber" months.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. General bonus terms include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ber100 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• ber100 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus or promotion, ber100's decision shall be final and binding. Players are encouraged to review the specific terms of each offer before opting in.

All games available on the ber100 platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained live dealers under controlled studio conditions. The outcomes of all games are determined independently of ber100's commercial interests.

By participating in any game on the ber100 platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You have read and understood the rules of the game you are playing before placing any wager.
• Game results are final once confirmed by the system. Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays for the affected round.
• ber100 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of a technical error, data corruption, or any other irregularity that may have affected the outcome.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the game display on your device and the ber100 server records, the server records shall prevail.
• Winnings from games will be credited to your ber100 account balance upon confirmation of the result. ber100 is not responsible for delays caused by network issues on the player's end.

ber100 strictly prohibits the use of any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game. Any player found using such tools will have their account immediately suspended and all winnings forfeited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ber100 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

1. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
2. Registering or operating more than one player account.
3. Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
4. Using the platform on behalf of a third party or allowing a third party to use your account.
5. Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus offers.
6. Using any software, tool, or method to interfere with, disrupt, or gain an unfair advantage over the ber100 platform or other players.
7. Attempting to launder money or use the ber100 platform for any illegal financial activity.
8. Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward ber100 staff or other players.
9. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the ber100 platform.
10. Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the platform. Any such discovery must be reported to ber100 immediately.

ber100 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under ber100's Responsible Gaming policy.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ber100 will notify the player before any dormancy fees are applied.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. ber100 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of account suspension where such suspension was necessitated by a breach of these Terms.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting ber100 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

ber100 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, controlled environment for all players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

ber100 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the ber100 platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ber100 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the ber100 platform without prior written consent.
• Use the ber100 name, logo, or any other trademark in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Create derivative works based on any ber100 content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the ber100 platform.

Any unauthorized use of ber100's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by ber100.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ber100 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ber100 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical errors, system outages, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the ber100 platform or any service thereon.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in platform content.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the ber100 platform.

ber100's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ber100 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ber100's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

ber100 is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and its implementing rules and regulations.

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by ber100 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the ber100 platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, ber100 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the player experience. ber100 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is shared only with trusted service providers and regulatory authorities as required by law.

ber100 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, ber100 will provide advance notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the ber100 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting ber100 customer support.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the ber100 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

ber100 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the ber100 platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
